The brainchild of 4 bartenders - Colin Chia, Hidetsugu Ueno, Nick Wu and Neung, the menu offers 3 types (past, present & future) of twists to a timeless classic.
We're both having a twist to the French Connection (later on only O realised that we were recommended to have 2 different twists of the same drink, hmm).
His is a Smoking Connection (cognac, amaretto, frangelico, earl grey syrup and with smoked early grey leaves, B390). I'm having something called Nuts Over Michelin... which is a creamy, savoury, sour drink, hmmm (B390).
I appreciate that there's a separate smoking room, must have been a requirement by the Singaporean partner lol.
